Dr. Shashikant Y. Kulgod (Hon. President) is an accomplished surgical gastroenterologist and the Director of the BHS Lakeview Hospital, Belagavi. Apart from his distinguished services in medical field, he has immense interest in strengthening education in Government schools. He founded the Rajalakshmi Children Foundation (RCF) both to promote academics and health education amongst school children. RCF is focused on working with school going children in Northern Karnataka. Dr. Shashikant is MS., FRCS(Ed), FRCS(Glasgow).
Dr. Ravindra N. Guravannavar (Hon. Vice-President) is a former faculty member of IIT Hyderabad, is a computer scientist specializing in the areas of large-scale data management and distributed systems. He now works as an independent consultant in the software industry. He is passionate about bringing equality in education and hence chosen to work with Govt school children. He enjoys spreading the joy of Mathematics and Computing among the school children. He has initiated the Sharada Pratibha Poshan Upakram. He holds M.Tech., Ph.D from IIT Bombay.
Shri Chandrashekhar S. K. (Hon. Secretary) has served as a Chief Executive Officer of District co-operative unions of many districts and presently leads Gadag district. He also served as Manager of Co op Bank for few years. He is specialized in training the staff and executives of Co-Operative institutions. He is also a counselor. His expertise in Cooperative sector is well recognized and sought off. Mr. Chandrashekhat holds Post Graduate degree in Mathematics and also Diploma in co-op management.
Shri Mahesh B. Masal (Hon. Treasurer) is Human Mind Set Coach. He is Founder Director of CONNECT, a well reputed training organization of South India. He is the Founder Director of VISTAR ZINDAGI, an Online University in making. He is director of an Agri company SANGACHADWAM FOUNDATION which is on a mission to create Million Agripreneurs. Shri. Mahesh Masal holds MBA (HRM), M.Sc. (Counseling and Psychotherapy).

Shri Shrishail N. Yadahalli (Hon. Member) is District Co-operative Education Instructor and presently working in Karnataka State Co-operative Federation Ltd, Belagavi He is an accomplished trainer for the staff and executives of Co-Operative institutions. Shri. Shrishail holds Post Graduate degree in Commerce and also holds Diploma in Co-op. Management.
Shri. Murugendra M. Sindhur (Hon. Member) is an Operational Head at Rajalakshmi Children Foundation (RCF, Belagavi). He is a dynamic educationist and visionary leader, served as the Joint Director and Principal of Government College of Teacher Education (GCTE), Belagavi, with a wealth of experience in academic leadership. He brought a transformative wave to one of India’s oldest teacher education institutions. He holds Bachelors in Science and Bachelors in Education.
Dr. Kirti N. Shivakumar, (Hon. Member) is the Project Director for Rajalaxmi Children Foundation (RCF) Belagavi. In her over three decades of service, she has served both the industry and academia. She has lead HR functions at Tata Sons and has been a professor and administrator at MATS School of Business Belagavi. Dr. Kirti holds master’s degree in industrial Sociology, Public relations and Human Resource Management. She has a Ph.D. in sociology. She has also done Diploma in CSR from National University of Judicial Sciences, Kolkata and “English for Career Development” course from the University of Pennsylvania.
