Nurture Merit
Nurture merit 2023 application process started in April for 11th grade. More than 2000 eligible students have applied for support. Now selection of new students through house visit is going on with the help of volunteers. We are looking forward to support 400 new students along with continuing support for 1600 existing students. Renewal application process and new professional student applications are started to give timely support to the students.
We have conducted Volunteers meet to discuss about Nurture merit plan for the year 2023-24. Volunteers from different districts attended the meeting and gave their valuable suggestions.
As part of Industrial visit our students visited VISA Inc, VMware & Nutanix companies during this quarter and interacted with Leaders, IT head, HR Professionals, women leaders. Students got exposure to the corporate world and learning from this visit. Total 80 students got benefited from industrial visit and mentoring facility provided by the donors.
VISA is giving 6 months special employment readiness training to selected students to up skill themselves to get better job opportunity. Nutanix company has started Jr. Nutant program to give one on one mentoring support for three months.
